Founded by Deanna Davies, Elevate3 brings together over 27 years of experience in business, project management, leadership, education, and community development. The work bridges practical strategy with the human side of leadership, supporting individuals and organizations through learning, reflection, facilitation, and meaningful growth.

As a community leader, educator, and advocate for socially responsible project management, Deanna created Elevate3 to support positive and lasting change. The name reflects the harmony of three core pillars: leadership, strategy, and well-being.

Why I Say “We”

The word “we” is intentional. It reflects the collaborative spirit of the work and the belief that meaningful growth happens through relationships, shared learning, and trusted partnerships.

Depending on the needs of a project, Elevate3 may collaborate with facilitators, educators, wellness practitioners, community partners, and organizations who bring complementary skills and perspectives.
