Elevate3 supports the people side of project work, change, leadership, and collaboration.
Founded by Deanna Davies, Elevate3 helps project managers, project leaders, teams, boards, nonprofits, public sector partners, and organizations strengthen the people skills needed to move meaningful work forward.
Projects do not succeed through plans, timelines, and deliverables alone. They succeed through people.
That means clear communication, strong stakeholder relationships, trust, emotional intelligence, collaboration, change readiness, and the ability to lead through uncertainty.
Elevate3 brings together practical project experience, facilitation, leadership development, change management, emotional intelligence, and wellness-informed practices to help people create clarity, build connection, and move from conversation to action.
Why I Say “We”
Elevate3 was founded by Deanna Davies and is grounded in her experience, values, and vision.
The word “we” is intentional. It reflects the collaborative nature of the work and the belief that meaningful progress rarely happens alone.
Depending on the needs of a project, Elevate3 may collaborate with facilitators, educators, project professionals, wellness practitioners, community partners, and organizations who bring complementary skills and perspectives.
At its heart, “we” reflects how Elevate3 works: alongside people, within teams, and in partnership with others to move meaningful work forward.
What Elevate3 Supports
Elevate3 supports people and organizations leading project-based work through complexity, change, and growth.
This includes project managers, project leaders, team leads, boards, nonprofits, public-sector partners, professional associations, and organizations where people are responsible for advancing priorities, decisions, strategy, partnerships, or change.
You do not need “Project Manager” in your title to lead project work.
If you are guiding people, managing competing priorities, engaging stakeholders, facilitating decisions, building trust, or trying to turn ideas into action, you are doing project work — and the human side of that work matters.

Elevate3 works through facilitation, workshops, keynotes, strategic conversations, customized learning, and wellness-informed practices.
Each engagement is designed around the needs of the people, team, project, or organization.
The approach is practical, reflective, and human-centred. It brings structure to complexity while creating space for people to learn, contribute, connect, and move forward with more clarity and confidence.

About Deanna / Why Work With Me
I bring a rare and integrated combination of experience across education, project leadership, business strategy, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, communication, community development, and human-centred leadership.
For close to three decades, I have worked at the intersection of people, projects, organizations, and communities. I have taught, led, built programs, facilitated strategic conversations, developed partnerships, supported teams, guided learners, and helped people move through change with greater clarity and confidence.
My strength is seeing complexity and making it understandable. I can look at a situation with many moving parts — people, priorities, relationships, decisions, risks, emotions, and competing needs — and help bring structure, meaning, and direction to the work.
I am still, at heart and in practice, an educator. Whether I am facilitating a workshop, speaking to a room, guiding a planning session, supporting a leadership team, or helping professionals build confidence, I create spaces where people can learn, reflect, contribute, and move forward.
My specialization is the human side of leadership, projects, and change. I help teams strengthen communication, build trust, navigate uncertainty, engage stakeholders, collaborate with purpose, and connect strategy to action.
Through Elevate3, I bring practical tools, thoughtful facilitation, and grounded human-centred learning to support leaders, teams, and organizations as they navigate complexity, change, and meaningful work.

The Meaning Behind Elevate3
Elevate3 was created to support the people side of project work, change, leadership, and well-being.
The name reflects three areas that are deeply connected in meaningful work: leadership, collaboration, and well-being.
When these three areas are supported, people are better able to lead, communicate, adapt, and move through change with more clarity, connection, and care.
The triangle in the Elevate3 mark reflects strength, balance, and forward movement. Its three points connect to the three pillars of the work, while the open space within the mark represents the in-between — the space where reflection, transition, healing, decision-making, and growth often begin.
The number three also holds personal meaning for me. As a mother of three children, it has always represented connection, growth, grounding, and what matters most.
At its heart, Elevate3 is not just about rising.
It is about rising with clarity, connection, and care.
